- Shipment of all products ordered via our online store is done from Prince George Framing Co. in Georgetown, SC. Prince George Framing Co. uses UPS for deliveries. Prince George Framing Co. is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days. The shipping timeframes do not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond UPS's control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters. When you register at Prince George Framing Company, we collect your name, email addresses and billing/mailing address in order to process and fulfill your order. In most instances, products ordered at Prince George Framing Company are shipped directly from our store. Specifically, but not as a limitation, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding transmission of technical and personal data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.
- Returns & Replacements
- You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Prince George Framing Company within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. - Ordering
- Payment shall be made by a credit card. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain dollar amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

- Payment of all items purchased via our online store is paypal only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard and American Express. All products selected in our online store will be charged in US Dollars. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by Check or Money order.

- You always have the opportunity to review and change the information you provide to us by logging into the site and entering in the new information yourself. You can edit your name, contact information, preferences and check your orders by logging into the "My Account" section of the site.
